Re-platform project moving from Magento to Visualsoft. Managed and directed four seasonal campaigns shooting in the home county of Yorkshire and across Europe, helping grow online revenue from £2.7m per annum to £5.4m in two years.

An innovative shirt configurator, combined with a beautifully sculpted responsive e-commerce site, allows customers to create and buy the perfect shirt. We oversaw a complex build, managing a number of technology partners. Co-ordinating the integration of the configurator via API, e-commerce platform and CMS into a seamless driver of sales.

We worked to deliver a major refresh of their online presence. After conducting extensive customer and UX journey modelling we worked on an updated UI. This introduced responsive design for the first time, along with a new payment gateway and merchant, which increased checkout conversion rate by 3.4%.

XYZ asked us to deliver a ‘stand out’ website to showcase their services. As their service is purely experiential creative we wanted to convey the XYZ story and personality while displaying their work in the most engaging way. We focused on a UX that mirrored their offering and is an experience in itself through the use of simple animations, transitions and interactive elements. The result is a bold, crafted, immersive website that has proved to be an effective sales tool.
